Principal Investigator for a project titled “Exploring the Predictors of Diversity Ideologies: A Cross-Cultural Study". A cross-country collaboration including four countries (India, Australia, Belgium, and the Philippines) aiming to understand the precursors to various diversity ideologies and how these may vary across societies.
Collaborating on a cross-cultural, collaborative project involving researchers from six countries: India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, and China. The study aims to adapt six psychological measures related to cultural diversity ideologies and identities across seven Asian societies.

A workshop was conducted that was open to undergraduate students who are interested in cross-cultural psychology.
The primary objective was to increase knowledge and highlight the importance of cross-cultural psychology in undergraduate students of SAARC nations.
Through this workshop, we also created a SAARC resource ecosystem in the form of a website (crossculturalpsych.in) wherein networking with fellow researchers at various stages (senior researchers, regional researchers, and international researchers) would be possible.
